Ini set a boundary twice with Luis before he blindly invited her to a surrogacy parade. He not only disrespected that boundary he cut her short and coldly when she explained again why she was uncomfortable with discussing the matter. Luis has to learn no matter how much you want something you cannot drag someone into your business against their will. Total disrespectful! I didn’t not expect that behavior from him so glad he owned up to his error a they were able to resolve the issue.

As far as the surrogacy issue with Luis he may have gone about it the wrong way by how he worded it but his intentions seemed good. Surrogacy agencies also carefully vet potential carriers through medical, psychological, and lifestyle checks to ensure they’re a good fit for the process. He did the same thing, his approach was just different because he knew these women personally and their a face-to-face I don’t see what the issue was I think Ini was just projecting

Many people have children for the wrong reasons. How many of our parents had us as backup plans, e.g., future careers for the parents when they grow old, because society told them to, selfishness because they want to have a mini version of themselves, because they were lonely, to keep marriages or secure the bag as they say. So, his reasons seem fair in contrast. Do I think he should take his time? Yes, should he do therapy first? Yes, and try to find a second family with better friends or a partner who can be his family.

Ini was not wrong for her anger has advised Luis 2 times that she was not comfortable discussing the matter further. He not only disregarded her feelings and experience he blindly invited her to choose a potential surrogate and then dismissed her coldly as she explained again why she was not comfortable with the matter like. He’s desires overrode her experience and that was not acceptable. No one has a right to tell her how she should have reacted as long as she did not physically attack him. Luis seems like a nice guy but he must respect other people’s boundaries. It’s terrible that Luis is not in a good place with him family he still cannot cross Ini’s boundaries. Ini didn’t give him space to talk just like he didn’t give her space to opt out of his surrogacy parade.

Agreed!! If you can afford surrogacy, that within itself is a blessing. I understand her infertility, but she could have explained that to Luis and moved on. I'm not saying Luis was completely innocent but all the screaming was uncalled for. Not sure how much it cost in different countries in Africa, but in the US it's around $150,000-$250,000 USD.

Luis is too nice for this group. I gave Ini the side-eye when she kept saying she viewed “Annie as her sister”, so I was waiting for the flip on Annie. Annie is chaotic. I maybe in the minority but I think Nadia is extending the Annie thing because she basically doesn’t have a storyline. It’s either the Annie thing or she’s commenting on Diamond and Fontana. For me, she can go with Fontana. Swanky was waiting to get at Luis because the public road him for his treatment of Luis, so he’s been silently waiting. Sorry Swanky,, still on Luis side.
