BEEMAN P17 .22 CAL. PISTOL OUTDOOR REVIEW 23/12/2024

Outdoor shooting review of my new Beeman P17 pistol in .22 Cal. First use of the Webley VMX 14.66 grain pellets at 10 Yards, 12.5, 15 & 20 Metres with this pistol, so will probably try some different brands rested at 10 Yards for best groupings. Pretty cold today (4 degrees C) but felt much colder with that wind. Still not too bad, though this particular trigger did take a bit of getting used too. I did do a Chronograph test between the .177 &n .22 versions of the P17 using similar weight pellets with the results below.
Beeman P17 (Average over 5 shots)
8.40 Grain .177 :- 2.85 Ft/Lb , 391 FPS , Spread 5 FPS
15.89 Grain .22 :- 3.54 Ft/Lb , 317 FPS , Spread 2 FPS
