I could understand and connect with Pooja on many different levels. When I was a child, I saw and experienced many things without fully understanding what was happening to me. As I grew older, my visions became clearer, but I still didn't know why these things only happened to me. I'm going to turn 27 in 5 days, and sometimes I still wonder why I'm the one who goes through these experiences. Let me share one incident that has always stayed with me. I was living in a different city for my studies, away from home. One evening, during winter, I was having dinner with a friend while watching a cartoon. It was very cold outside, so all the doors in my apartment were closed. Suddenly, I could hear my parents loudly arguing and fighting, as if they were in the next room. I asked my friend if they could hear it too, but they couldn't. I immediately tried calling my parents, but I couldn't reach them. I borrowed my friend's phone, and when I called again, my grandma answered. To my surprise, I could hear the exact same argument word for word, as if my mom and dad were there next door. My mom was confused and asked how I called so late, I explained to her that I could hear them as if they were here. This incident made my family start believing that I wasn't making up stories and that strange things really happened to me.

The biggest take-away for me from listening to this podcast today was about the importance of healing one's traumas and unblocking the chakras... Thank you, Pooja. Thank you, Ranveer and Beer biceps podcast team. Edit: As soon as I posted this comment, I felt my chest lighten... I donno why...some experiences cannot be explained...but are just beautiful... Edit 2: I also felt that I felt safe watching these discussions on your channel than others and felt like you were doing things to protect your audience spiritually...and towards the end my guess was confirmed when you said how conscious you were about what you were putting out in the internet and how you had to battle a lot on the personal front to make sure we stay positive. Thank you so much once again. At the end of it all...we feel at home with humanity...

I relate to her when she was 19 years old and she had a premonition about her mother. I was 15 when I predicted death of three people in one day and I was so uncomfortable talking about it to my mother but when it did happen, I sat by myself that day and kept thinking about it. It shook me completely too. People think it's cool and nice to have these things but maybe they are unaware of the consequences and effects it has on a person that is experiencing it. Now I have completely accepted it myself and so far comfortable with it.

I remember back when I was 16 years old and I remember meditating deeply. I was in my room and could feel the energy of every person passing by outside my house. I remember it used to get so powerful, I remember feeling my older sister coming back home from her university she was just around the corner and before she even gave me a missed call to open up the door, I was already there because, I knew she was just around the corner and I remember being able to feel what they felt It was a temporary activated psychic power for a couple of days I remember activating it with help of communicating with my guardian angles with uter love and compassion and somehow it activated psychic readings

Ok this is so weird. It felt like me & Pooja share the same things. She is psychic & started enhancing it in her later years, same as me. Her mom was a teacher, mine is too. Her dad had cancer, mine did too & exactly at that time when he was diagnosed, I started getting inclined & scared about these things, same as her. She gets dreams of her parents from the other side, so do I. She got a dream from a shapeshifter, so did I. It's weird & strange & fascinating how the healers path is so similar, a lot of healers I know have lead similar lives. Also, when you said that when things started getting scarier, psychic & spiritual people would be sent to you, I met you in person very randomly & introduced myself as a psychic! Insanely insightful podcast.

To be true, i always thought of Pooja leading the pack when it comes to PAIRS investigation. She leads, with a bundle of information on what is closed to most of us as pure 'imagination' . Her lead is not like something dominant but "the way to go" - now i know why she leads. Her motherly affection, emotion and strength is focused on every person she cares for and that acts as a powerful compass for the PAIRS investigations into the paranormal. She is full of information and has warmth which welcomes any perspective, no matter how strange it maybe . When Ranveer creates this atmosphere of how a disembodied entity see this world, she actually clears the vision in such a way that I can visualize the entire thing. The earth is full of energy, but it is not visible to us beyond visual spectrum, but for spirits they see all that energy around them - bright and vibrant , they can see the life force of plants and animals, energy signatures of inanimate objects , but when it comes to us humans - all they see is opaque and the aura around which changes frequently - so to the spirits which was once a human this change in their perception is vivid .They will cling to the auras they associate with most . Maybe us humans are us perceived ghosts or a different life form to the disembodied entities . Most wants to move over this density towards places not known to us, 'the beyond' where the Supreme being exists for being rescheduled for a new form , some are stuck here unable to move beyond the human auras . Death is not empty nor dark for the disembodied entities, its just like waking up to a lot of light without the weight of a physical form . Well its cold though requiring an immediate access to any energy available. Maybe its difficult to move on , but people who were on a spiritual journey in life discovers the path sooner, people who worshipped something gets guided , people who never believed in anything more than their materialistic life, jobs, relationships will have a hard time here.

Also if you haven't already, please light lamps and use rock salt while taking these things... people need to heal their traumas.. the wisdom of healing should reach all (even the older audience) bringing realms closer is the science of new age. I got connected myself with 2/3 probable psychic power which I used to have in my childhood but now even after lots of trial I am not able to get those. May be those power gets blocked with age.. But it's a nice podcast which even gives me some thought to study about these things and get some knowledge.

It would be useful if these psychics or healers could provide some general guidelines to all listeners on how to avoid attacks from demons or entities during sleep and have a deep and restful sleep.

@@Yasharma_ True. It's a way for mind to save itself by escaping the reality and try to reason whatever is happening with you is because of some unknown entity. Our mind plays tricks on us to keep us safe. In old times while living in jungle, going into dark lonely place means inviting death so over thousands of years of evolution, automatically our brain now makes us believe there is someone around us when we are in dark cold place. But people start Believing they have seen ghosts and even our brain lets us believe that because that serves it's purpose of making us fear the dark and unknown

The Estes Experiment is based on the Katha Upanishad. It's said that the hearing and seeing abilities are yet active even after the death, and so we have rituals in Hinduism where we light the lamp before the passed person's photo for some days, to tell them that go towards the light. And the rituals also include the pinda daan ritual where the mantras are chanted and those mantras direct them to leave their desires in this world which keep them back and after they drop those desires they are free to go! Also their family members are told to address the passed soul to leave their desires with them and leave the world for their peace! You should ask Sarbajeet and Pooja, some questions from Katha Upanishad which they might have came across in their experiences!🤟

I’d like to share my experience …after watching this episode things just clicked for me…back when i was 18 i started meditating alot..my spiritual journey started when i saw this trend going on the internet ab past regression meditation and it was during night that i tried it …but i was struggling alot mentally so im not sure if both were connected …and yes i did saw things it could be my imagination too…and then i woke up had a panic attack and a mental breakdown…talked to frnd and told her ab it..but i though it was just silly and i slept…and I continued the same meditation for few weeks…i started having intense dreams very short even when i took nap during the day i would see them…turned out i had been having premonitions ….idk how to say this but most Of them didnt make any sense and some were really good…i even saw my own death which was really really scary not cus i died but cus i was too young in it…this was another phase but then i started seeing dark shadows everywhere which really scared the shit outta me..I’d rather not go into details and hence why i stopped meditating…everything stopped…that was a very wrong decision i made but i just didnt know how to deal w all that …and now recently i started meditating once again and ofc i dont meditate on regular basis but I’ve had two nightmares last week…woke with really heavy legs and arms…so i was thinking maybe i should start meditating again and work on my chakras

When she spoke about seeing the future, it's soo true. I literally sometimes see the next day at work, an incident, some signs and codes that come in the dreams and truly happen. I too wanted to get rid of it. But it comes again as soon as I'm meditating or in a peaceful phase in life. Also, I remember so many things from my last life. Before I thought it's bad and there's nothing like this. But seeing something in Dreams and actually knowing that it's true is a very different feeling.

Even I want to share the story of a kind of psychic power my younger brother had also experienced. When our family was travelling in car. He got a dream of the accident and we were all standing out of the car. And eventually he was so true that at the same day we met with an accident at around 12:00 am, and that was so horrific and surprising to our family.

This podcast was very heavy and intense but honestly really enjoyed it. ❤ Puja said that teenagers watching this podcast are not attracting any kind of entities, but I felt something unusual when I went to take a shower right after listening to more then half of the podcast. I listen to this kind of podcast very often but never felt something. This time I felt like something is watching me and trying to touch me as well. I thought it’s all in my mind, but then a few things in bathroom start falling down. I don’t know what it was but it was not something positive or only in my mind.
