"My music is influenced by my future dreams for humanity. I believe that music is the flame of creation. Music must be used to create the New World, the new humanity that will be healthy, beautiful, joyful and free. The intention of my music is to offer an opportunity for people to synchronize with the beauty that exists within themselves."
Torkom Saraydarian was born and raised in the Middle East. From childhood he received extensive training in both Eastern and Western classical music on the violin, piano oud, cello and guitar. Saraydarian's distinctive style of composing spontaneously on the many instruments he plays creates a sensitive and evocative blend of East and West, inspiring listeners throughout the world.
Preferring the ambience of his home studio, Saraydarian records his music live within a natural setting, sometimes including the sounds of nature, or even the warmth of a crackling fire in his compositions. This direct and intuitive approach gives the listener freer access to the heart of Saraydarian's music.
