Besu Kamsale - Folk dance of Karnataka
Beesu Kamsale is a unique folk art performed by the devotees of God Mahadeshwara. This dance form consists of very energetic dance movements. The dancers train themselves in the rhythm, physical strength, agility in making different patterns, synchronization, concentration and regard for dance. Originally this is performed by men in villages of Mysore, Nanjanagudu, Kollegala and Bangalore areas in Karnataka. It's time for women to take the center stage!
