Existing model ( Beetel M78 ) was way better than this M88, because in existing model ( Beetel M78 ) installation process and user features was very very easy to install and to operate . In M78 power DC pin was located on outside . Rosette box wiring was very simple and It ( Beetel M78 ) was simple to operate when you switch in between intercom and external telephone line. And now in M88 model it is very confusing to install and operate too. I dont know why they have changed the user operating process which was very easy in M78 . As per my knowledge please do not recommend this M88 to your customers. Raise little budget and suggest an EPABX system instead of buying this boring model.

In back side there is a ringer control button for external line ,which you can put on low in one of the telephone

This is not the feature of this phone still you can forward your calls by using service provider facility which will be available normally from service providers like mtnl,bsnl or airtel etc

In this BEETEL M88 this is not possible, this function is specialty of plan system , if you want continuous ring then you can connect these phones with epabx system 104
