In 1989 the Mexican guitarist and composer José Alberto Ubach made a proposition in a critical musical journal that this specific work by Beethoven (WoO 33) had been composed for the Terz-guitar. With this in mind, when we look at this piece, it is immediately clear that this is a 'peculiar' work, particularly in that it is playable on the guitar with only minimal changes to the original text.

It seems that for your info text you quoted parts of the Foreword of the already existing arrangement by Alex Sánchez and me which was published in 2012 at Chanterelle. Good one! If you google the name 'Jose A Ubach' with Beethoven together, it will answer your question. It was a proposition years ago by him.

I understand that someone who arranged a work may want to sell their arrangement. But seriously, you list in the description "SHEET/TAB for guitar and learn this piece yourself (instant download)" yet make no mention that you need to PAY for the transcription. At least be up front about this...
