Like the ones who play classical compositions note by note? There are plenty of them. They study guitar in conservatories around the world. But they take it on playing acoustic guitar without high output pick ups and overdriven amps. But what does a society gain by that? Keeping up a tradition ruled by the aristocrats who payed the musicians (or didn’t if they wouldn‘t fit in with their rules)? That‘s like a museum not explaining the historical background. No society needs that, but some autocrats do.

OK, I've seen many people play this song on guitar, but it's the first time someone evokes the same feelings the original from part to part, instead of just trying to make it "Metal AF". Now that's an ACTUAL great musician RIGHT THERE. I just found this channel, I hope there are some originals, cuz, boy I'm excited to listen

Please do "Der Erlkönig" by Schubert! The transcriptions for solo piano and violin by Liszt and Ernst respectively are amazing, I think it'd sound pretty neat on the guitar.

So much muscle memory here. I've played for around 7-8 years in a somewhat casual way. I am fine with some tapping across different strings. But this just blows my mind. I can't fathom the time it takes to master this. But dedication definitely pays off. I can't tell if your second finger on the right hand is doing a lot of work under the 1st finger, like multi-string tapping. Or if it just progresses down the strings without coming back to a previous string until it starts again. I'm trying to match it to what's going on with your left hand too, but it's so dang fast! I'm going to have to take a look at the tabs/sheet music. Anyway. Absolutely incredible cover/rendition, and thank you for sharing it with us.
