У Бетховена в музыке больше огня и триумфа жизни во что бы то ни стало. Хотелось бы послушать весь концерт. Уж больно подавлен М. Плетнев. Тоска его гложет как будто.

It is true classical music because Beethoven made entire completion of classical music which was devoloped from Bach. It is gorgeous rendition.

Fast tempo is a bad habit in conducting, but that one is very slow !

Nobody criticises Toscanini! Long time ago, but check him out. It’s worth it, whether you change your opinion or not - that’s up to you. Everything at breakneck speed, and he the acknowledged brilliant conductor of his time. However, criticise when you understand a bit more.

@Phyllida-r7n I can't critisis toscanini, and that conductor is good too, though I don't know him as well as many others but that tempo is really slow ! No problem ! Always my reference are the great German conductor bohm , karajan !
