The slightly farcical going hand in hand with total gravity is often built into Beethoven. Wendy Carlos showed this to great effect and Kubrick's employment of her renditions in Clockwork Orange is pure genius, it makes the whole film. This is a wonderful homage!

Your version is fun and all, but it totally lacks dynamic range which kills the vibe completely. The words piano and forte are very important in music, especially (arguably) in classical. You could do a much better job, I am sure.
