He has dwarfism and microcephaly due to a chromosomal disorder in their mother which also was passed on to his twin sister and to a lesser extent his younger sister. The microcephaly means he has literally almost no brain the fact he is as cognizant as he is and aware is a miracle. Most babies with microcephaly die within a year.
