The plane scene is intentionally hoaky looking its a flashback scene that shows how Charles dies. It's actually a stop motion model.

Adam and Barbara makes most sense that crossed over, I would guess around when Astrid was born. I love it, i’ll take these OG 3 actors in anything especially when looks like they had fun coming back!

Im super excited for this one i always loved Beetlejuice. Im also a little skeptical and worried it wont stand up to the original, but i will definitely be chicking it out!

I'm thinking it will visually resemble batman returns more than Beetlejuice. The first film had a great contrast between the bright scenes and the dark scenes. The trailer didn't show much of that but hopefully it's there. If you had to choose would you rather it be directed more towards kids like the OG fun spooky and overall a happy story or more directed towards adults darker scarier more bleak overall?
