Lil tip to stop the white marks after you wipe 🥹 after you apply your gelx before you do your full cure, apply a no wipe top coat to the underside of the nails 🥰 hope this helps angel 🥹

I saw that the other day! I was like omg Beetles is doing a collab with Tipex!? It was smart for both companies because Tipex has since gone viral with their nail tips since they came out and Beetles already has a well developed brand with an excellent reputation. But yeah the only difference is the Beetles Tipex has a pre-etched/matte tip like you mentioned in your video. I could be wrong but I want to say I did see on Amazon that Five Angeles Tipex tips are now pre-etched too. I love the sculpted look of these tips and how strong they are. They are a bit more pricey than other tips but in my opinion they are so worth it. They have lasted longer than other tips I have used and again, that built in apex is a game changer! 😊

I saw your video and watched it FIRST because that is how much I adore you. 🤩 I'm so pleased to hear Kevin made it to dinner and your dad is making an effort, that's all we can ask for in life, right? Hopefully that develops well. I reaaaaalllly love these polishes, the rainbow reflex is so pretty. This set came out gorgeous, everything goes together so well! It inspired me to look for a color like that for myself (I can't use Beetles due to allergies). Oh, that reminds me - you might like to get the Band Aid spray antiseptic - I used that when I was first starting out and nicking myself all the time. It takes the sting away and also protects so it heals quickly and lessens redness. After you are done and wash your hands, just spray it on the nick and pat dry and it super helps! I just went through my polish collection and had to toss a bunch that got too old and were starting to smell. I'm trying to downsize a bit and have just one case, so I'm on the hunt for just one rubber base (I've tried a few I don't love) and one of each of the prep stuff I like the most, so that means using up my stock and then repurchasing just what I need. That has been fun by itself, honestly, a bit of a game to see how well I do. Wish me luck!

Another trick for applying stickers on the nail that I use is to use a spare clear nail stamper. As you are able to see exactly where you want to place it. You just obviously have to remember not to place it sticky side down on the stamper lol. (Trust me, some of my friends have) 🤦🏼‍♀️ 😂 It probably wouldn’t of helped you much for this day but when you don’t have big charms in the nail I find it really helpful and just another way for anyone that may find it helpful. That’s also how I apply decals. I put the cut out decal on the stamper wet a brush and then dampen the back of the decal, slide the backing off and then boom I’m now able to apply the decal exactly where I want too. 😊 💖🫶🏼

Doing my nails with ya! I’m learning so much! When I tell you I’ve been trying to make gel x nails work for me for so long, I’m not kidding! I’ve watched tons of videos and my nails always pop off on day two. I started using more rubbing alcohol which is helping with adhesion. But I can’t wait to try that primer on the inside of the nail tips tip, I think that’ll help so much. Also I had no idea tipex existed, just bought the beetles ones on your suggestion. Gunna try finding a rubber base on Amazon since my poor nails have been through it 😂

Few things while watching: I’m totally buying that Beetles colors set and tips! Thanks I think…literally need to pay bills but nails is more fun! 2. Dad’s and their dating daughters is a never-ending battle since beginning of time! lol. My dad’s the same. I think it’s bc they remember how they were when they were teens & want the best for us. Idk. lol. 3. I think the set came out great. However, on clear nails, you need a clear rubber base on your beds. I’m an art teacher. White and black change colors but it’s clearly seen on rubbing chrome powders and such. I know the reason you use the use the milky base color but just try a clear next time. See if it helps.

Tip for removing the charms if you're not in a rush - soak just the charm area (kinda have to be in a weird position) for only like 15ish seconds and then use a tool to help grip the charm. It takes them off super easily and no pain!😊

I was able to buy the Tipex for $8 last week! The pack looks like the beetles! I don’t need the kits with the lights every time. That is weirddd... I think that if I chose again I would definitely just order the tips on their own, especially because you can order the tube of nail glue gel seperately!! (the same one in the kit) I will link it for you🩷🩷

Ok so I’m new to your channel but I watched a previous video, the ENC vs TEMU. I started scrolling your content because in that video you said you have curved nail beds which I also have. However I don’t find many nail channels that have arched nail beds. I bought the 5 Angeles TIPEX during Black Friday Amazon sales before ANY reviews. Anyway I sadly had to return them because the instant apex they made the inside super flat. The only nail I had a match for was my thumb. I love the concept but they’re definitely not made for high arched or curved nail beds. I didn’t watch the TIPEX video yet but said they compare the same and I didn’t see you having any sizing issues with these. Do you recommend them for curved nail beds?
