Wonderful & new one. 👌👏👍 It's very nutritious also. Since beetroot itself has some sweet taste, if we add jaggery, will it not be more sweet in taste ? Your receipe made me recall that day ( some 15 years ago ), when I had to use beetroot instead of tomato in a NI paneer gravy for dinner ( due to sudden requirement & non availability of sufficient tomatoes at home ). My husband was panicked whether mixie blade would be damaged by grinding beetroot pieces. Luckily nothing bad happened. By God's grace, my friend & guests also liked it.
