Thank you!! I do admire the closet at times, yes! It's unbelievable that I tackled something so big. But I think what made it feasible is because I had planned for it using the software and knew what it would look like and what I needed to cut, etc. Without that plan, I think it could have been a disaster!

Excellent build TD. Hiccups will happen because when a house is built or over time wood shrinks or expands causing measurements to be off. The bump on the head locks in the knowledge and wisdom from the project. A sprained ankle will often result is a major yard sale for tools and searching for a contractor. lol

Curious as to why you didn't use your new shop to build this rather than a cramped garage?

Good question! When I built the closet, I didn't have my shop! It was one of the reasons I bought my "she shed" because I got tired of having no place to properly work. This was such a pivotal project for me, which is why I was sharing it again. It was nearly impossible to do in such a cramped space!

For a channel that starts for the word thrift. This seems like way too much money for a closet. I'm not saying you didn't do a good job. But it's not like your company's coming over to sit in the closet. It's just me I put my worries into bigger things.

I kind of got a little chuckle 😊 I see your point of view. I always say "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." To me a closet is one of the biggest eyesore or a ravishing beauty. Right now, mine looks like a war zone. Lol... It's not about the money, but stepping back and enjoying your work of art. Like the satisfaction of saying "Wow, look at what I accomplished."
