Nice vid! Do you assess the whole system, such as duct size, number of ducts, return and supply adequacy? I know some don't properly calculate and design ductwork properly. Also, is it common to not use mastic in so cal?

Yes I assess the entire duct design and we use mastic where required as well as duct sealer.
