Damn. Ive got a cammed Silverado with long tubes and a magnaflow with a cutout, but Im not running cats right now because of the state I live in doesnt require inspection. But Im gonna be moving to an inspection state soon so I'll definitely have to look into some good high flow ones. This gives me reassurance though, hopefully it wont kill the sound too much. Also I hope they dont make me take off my cutout

Only way it will clap is if both cats are removed

Very significant. High flows have a LOT LESS material in them. Those and a straight pipe like muffler or resonator and it will be plenty loud.

You get a few more hp from the engine being able to breath better but it's really complimented with a full exhaust and Intake with tune.
