Thanks for this information. I have facet syndrome and I will be receiving the injection today, I also suffer with chronic fatigue which keeps me in bed most days. I try exercising but most days I struggle just to take a shower. I know they will give me some type of workout that i will gladly do.

I hate knowing anyone knows my pain. I was rear-ended in January and now have a bulging disc in my neck. My arms like to randomly go to sleep. I don't see that you got a response, which was extremely disheartening 💔. My procedure was today and I'm in excruciating pain. Did yours help?

Today, i got CESI C5&C6 w/ BIL facets C3 - C6... I'm in a lot of pain and discomfort post surgery. I could feel everything throughout the procedure. 😱 They had to lower gas due to my sats dropping during the procedure. What can i safely do at home to help alleviate the pain apart from MORE pill popping & alternating heat/cold packs, please? I was rear-ended in January and have a bulging disc. I can't live like this anymore. Any recommendations are wholeheartedly appreciated!! 😭

wondering if there is any surgical procedures to fix this issue? been 5 years ive been battling with this but last year my pain was almost gone but one small move made me regress back to squre one

I can’t be awake for this do they put ppl to sleep for this I can’t do any PT pain is too severe. I can barely walk anymore bedridden most of day.

Omg no now what I’m so afraid there’s no help especially for us poor. I can barely walk anymore but I have a mass in my groin and hip. I think it’s a hidden hernia but no Dr will listen but also severe pain in low back over si.
