Queen of the Damned the movie was the inspiration for the video, if you watch you will see that it follows the song and the movie. it is about a vampire, a girl, that is having trouble falling asleep at night because she is thinking of the things she used to do and the things she never did, and i tried to make the video seem as if it were a lifetime, seeing as vampires have many lifetimes to live. the girl falling asleep at the end of the video represents the end of this dream, or lifetime, and a peaceful slumber, until the next day when there will be all the time in the world to do all those things she never did.

As much as I did enjoy the Queen of the Damned movie, it was so far off from the books it's based off of (Anne Rice's The Vampire Lestat and Queen of the Damned). I personally thin the Vampire Chronicles desperately need a reboot. Especially given the popularity of Vampires (and sparkly pretenders) currently. I think if they kept faithful to the books and used better actors it could be mindblowingly awesome to see them all the big screen.
