Bro, I got it through sweat and pain (over 400 torment arctic zone runs for only 5 days, and only after 3 myth presents I got time piercer on my 4th present. 3 others gave me trepid terror which I already had.)

first part was genuinely frustrating to watch, not using counterstrike while theres so many things that damage you is just so annoying

I didn't use counterstrike because I wanted to save up for ascension. Each time i was using this ability the bar of ascension was almost filled up. And ye, I didn't visit BCWO for a while at that moment, so I forgot some things, including counterstrike mechanics.
