Just crappier tolerances on the castings. Yeah like you said with a dremel or die grinder on a compressor you can definitely open those up and make them very close to stock. The real question is the quality of the steel mixture i guess, but it shouldn't be too worrisome. Or protentional thinner spots in the casting could crack more easily if there are some. Anyways, the original cylinder is often good the reuse many times as long you you dimension it up properly and match the correct size piston and rings for their tolerances.

We have a predator 90 as well. They are awesome. Definitely needs some port work. The cheap kits are mass produced and quality is overlooked. Awesome video bro.

The predator 90 hasn't been running to good...... It starts up fine and my new cdi seems to be working correctly, only thing is that the choke doesn't seem to affect the engine whatsoever..... I ran a compression test this morning and only got about 80 psi ?? I have a hunch it might be the crank seals but I'm not positive........ Any advice would be appreciated....... Thanks bro ........
