When i first heard of she-ra i just thought it was a normal cartoon but with to lesbians, i was SO wrong. The beauty, sadness, love, and anger of this show has changed my life. The fact that a war turned into forever happiness is amazing. I love how everyone in the show changed for the better. i cry so much looking back at this show and it makes me sob but also realize how even the worst life can turn amazing. The backstories, the present, and the future of these characters is amazing. It is so much more than just a gay kids cartoon.

The story of the first two to three seasons was really rough. Especially the cheap good guys win at the battle of Bright Moon. But this series had some amazing characters and they really carried the show for me. Oh and the cartoon was made for 6+ year olds so i shouldn't be to mad at the story. Oh but am i the only one who was really annoyed with Glimmer most of the time ? Especially in the beginning ? It got better after they introduced Frosta so Glimmer hadn't to be the bubbly stupid child all the time. Oh and one more thing: It must be me getting older but i loved Angella ! She was such a mood. Third best character !

So, this has nothing to do with the video itself, but if you listen to the lyrics it sounds like someone grieving over a loved one that committed suicide. Well youtube recommended me some catradora clips and so i noticed that there are interesting characters in this show. If i would have stumbled over this show on netflix i would have quit after the season one finale ... or even earlier. Its kinda hard to get into such shows without people hyping it and telling you to "keep watching because it actually gets good later on".
