I can’t believe I’m the first comment… honestly there has to be more videos like this on KZbin ?! I’m wasn’t exactly working within fashion, I worked in fashion makeup and hair styling. Studied at London college of fashion and got to experience that life at the age of 19/20 and I walked away from the Industry midway though university. truthfully, I had a mental breakdown, I felt Depressed, suicidal overall I HATED my job. Makeup artistry is a great career and you meet SO many amazing people and have opportunities to work at LFW and PFW but my morals got in the way of pursuing makeup. It’s a toxic industry that feeds off you’re insecurity’s and they profit exploiting miners all over the world all in the name of “Beauty” luckily I have high school qualifications from high school and I’m now applying for a civil engineering, bachelors degree so yeah I’m heading in a completely different direction 😂 overall it feels SO good using my skills for a industry that’s more meaningful? and honestly a WAY better pay
