Before you play the HIGHLIFE beat on the Talking Drum!

This video describes the basic steps in playing the Talking Drum to the 4/4 Time Signature.
The 4/4 TS is also referred to as the "Highlife" beat based on Yoruba talking drummers. The Do, Re and Mi tones are played using the quarter notes, and the step by step guide is accompanied with a score as reference.
