No one talked about this yet but it seems like every character has a 2nd normal skill (not the liberation) and it's the bar above the HP bar, it's different for every characters and from what ive noticed it controls every character's unique mechanic like the little girl with the blonde hair who gets charges for her dash with the heal, or the ice character with the sword that has a specific target in her bar and it seems as if she uses a charged attack right when an arrow lands on that unique area on the bar she performs a unique attack.

What i hope they improve on combat system so then we can get: 1) Normal atk 2) Resonance skill (+ extension, while able to stand alone) 3) Resonance liberation 4) Core passive (passive traits + special move) 5) Echo skill (+ character skill upgrade/buff) 6) Concerto effect 7) Parry? But i think only on certain TD Resonance skill extension? Similar situation to ascension/leap buff. Could be many possibility like holding atk after skill or jump after skill that could possibly link the resonance skill and core passive. Echo character skill upgrade? Its pgr s rank cub system, they got additional damage skill or buff for certain character. Or get special summon after resonance skill without using your echo summon skill. The purpose for any TD to be equiped on the certain character become more effective. If not they probably being abandoned later.

its much higher budget than pgr from what i heard kuro got large advertisers for wuthering waves when they had the proof of concept also tencent bought i think 15% of kuro which means alot of money cause whether you like tencent or not they have alot of money so that will benefit kuro and wuthering waves in the long run
