So if Jesus kept the sabbath because it was his custom, and the Church is required to also keep the Sabbath, Jesus was also circumcised, so all the men in the Church should also be circumcised because it was his custom. When you try to mix law and grace, you are going to find yourself in whole lot of problems. Paul wrote the book of Galatians to settle this dispute in the church. If you are going to follow the Old Testament moral, ceremonial and civil laws, you will have to do everything the law requires. When Paul went to Jerusalem to discuss whether the Gentiles should keep the Jewish laws in the Church, what was the final decision of council? Did the council say that the Gentiles should keep the Sabbath (Acts chapter 15)? What are the three things that the council agreed on that the Gentiles should observe? When did God impose the keeping of the Sabbath on man, and who did he ask to keep the Sabbath? And why did God give or impose the Sabbath on the Israelites? When did the Seventh Day Adventist church come into existence? And who established it, and why? Please, stop sowing discord among God's people. How can a church that started in the eighteenth hundreds under ambiguous circumstances override the church that began shortly after the death of Jesus. One day, we will stand before God, and give an account for the things we teach and preach.
