@@egorchik121 been at Chevy here in Dallas for a week, haven’t sold anything, maybe I’m just not as good as the other guys, but make sure if you do get into sales, you do a lot of research on the location you are planning to be at, that’s the only thing that matters, everything else will come natural, but if you don’t have a volume store, you will NOT make money.

Im still learning English and i understand the 99% but I'm struggling a little bit speaking, i need to put a lot of work on it, but i really love to sell. So i was wondering, I'm learning track words and his answers from Your video and Andy Elliott and others master of sales like Grant Cardone, but the question is, how much improvisation plays a huge rule in car sales? I mean, social dynamic? I need to master those ones? :)

Hey man i just started working in Nissan the payment plan is weird the pay you 500 everyweek and then the give you a comission check the 10 of each month and they take the 500 from that check but if you don't sell you end up owning money to them that sound crazy to me

definitely sounds like a confusing pay plan... our dealership has something similar but it is more simple then that

My husbands dealership is the same way, but they have a $1600 cut. But the VW dealership he works has an great pay rate, so the $1600 is nothing.

This is called a Draw Commission. They pay you a salary that comes out of your commissions. So you still make money while working, but any commission is subtracted from your salary, and you pocket the difference.

I’m just curious because ik Andy elliot says a lot of introverts come in and crush it but I’m just trying to get another sales expert opinion because I’m really wanting to go into this industry and ik u gotta get out your comfort zone and can’t be comfortable your whole life so I’m just curious
