Felt this needed just a little more in depth on what exactly YES or NO impact will have. On 140 who determines “point of fetal viability”? Is there no limit? Otherwise good info. Just a little too high level. A tad more detail would of been great

Fetal viability (as is written in the proposition) is determined by the good-faith judgement of a treating health care professional. This professional would determine if it was medically necessary to terminate pregnancy in order to protect the life or health of the pregnant individual, without being penalized by the State. * I am curious, if roles were reversed and Men were the ones needing to determine future fertility concerns, but were forced into actions by the government how would this change the dynamics of the conversation around this issue? *
