clearly this demands a dice tray where you can easily scoop and reroll. the vertical sided ones you used really slowed your ability to gather up the dice. Pretty sure Naveen would concur...

Hey guys. Thank you kindly for making this as I was hoping for an easy video to share with friends about this game! Also. We have a house rule for this that if one person dies it’s not game over. Technically in the video game, if one player loses all their HP you try to parry them to revive. So all good there. But if you miss them…you yourself still keep fighting the boss. So we don’t stop until everyone is eliminated. Just wanted to share.

Totally get it! It’s pretty hard to finish the round, similar to the video game.

Just toss the timer in the bin and play according to this houserule: 20 sec timer = 6 rolls. 15 sec timer= 5 rolls. 10 sec timer= 4 rolls. Playing with smaller kids is almost impossible with a timer so this rule make it so easier to help and discuss.

Thanks for the great playthrough, as always. But damn, I'm underwhelmed by the game. Also it seems that bosses are all the same, just the symbols that need to be rolled are different, but it's not like one can modify one side of the die compared to another. What an incredible easy pass

Hi Florian! Thanks so much!! We do want to note that the one thing we were unable to showcase is how the boss scenarios change as you play through the campaign. We personally have only played the first 2, which change your weapons and the symbols needed to roll, but we’ve heard that later bosses get really silly and have you do things like stacking dice and such. However, it’s still very much so a “dice-chucking” game and it won’t be for everyone. We really appreciate your insights! Thanks again for your kind words!

I'm only a few minutes in to your video but I can already tell you might have a harder time since you're using dice trays. When playing, my group and I found that keeping them on the table and rolling them gently so they don't go too far is a really good strategy because you can get more rolls in. No barriers between your hands and the dice!

Dice are meant to stop completely once they roll only a few times, these have round edges which will keep momentum and tumbling across the surface. The real solution in this case is to have them roll cupped by a container or by your hands like they were doing in the video.

@@salsatheone agree to disagree. I was definitely able to roll more quickly without a dice tray. Alternative you could unbutton one corner of the dice tray, so you have a corner to stop the dice and you can still grab them quickly between rolls.

You can also just shake and slam. Rolls in hand and local drop to table. Ain't got time to watch the dice settle lol

I’m going to blame your dice trays - for real-time games I go no tray so I can grab the dice and chuck them again (fuse/project elite) and save the trays for cubitos and other non real-time games

It's really a shame that the boss display cards always shows the same boss pose. The two boss phases in which you can see that they are affected could also have been illustrated much better than just showing the same illustration over and over again. Extremely more effort should have been made to provide the computer game with a worthy board game. So it just seems absolutely loveless and very disappointing.
