Mordor has more settlements than I thought they had. How inconsiderate of them. Where is Khand going? Why are they not throwing their lives away trying to retake their former homes? Do they realize how inconsiderate they are being? Are they emulating a certain campaign and relocating to Breeland?

While Bree is mightily far away, I'd encourage such developments. I can't say I'd be surprised if Mordor or Rhun are about to get a surprise ride, if you know what I'm sayin'!
