I’m following a path with an open mind and an open heart, the truth is there is suffering on every street rich and poor. It devastates me to witness suffering, it fires my heart to keep showing up. I feel a deep sadness and a wholesome joy like the tides of the ocean going in out from shore as the moon so wishes it to do. I suffer but I am so grateful. I am terrified but I can cultivate peace and share that intangible process with as many people as I can
