Very nice! I really like the transition between the outside hoop split and the hocks split. Something you may want to try for the inversions is going through a pull-up position instead of keeping the arms straight. It will be easier to start from a pull-up for both the straddle mount and the trapeze mount up to the top bar. As beautiful as they are, straight arm inversions require a lot more strength and coordination 😅

yea! it would be easier with more space underneath. hard to do everything sometimes with little space but got you worked on being creative with what you have haha! Great suggestion tho Lauren! Gonna try!

2.5m is a bit low, but mine is not that much higher (2.7m now).. There is a lot i can do but of course not as much as in a studio
