Amazing I wish I didn’t have a fear of doing the first part a got extremely bad silk burn on my feet and my hand because I slipped and I couldn’t stop when I tried to grip my hands on it again my hands got stuck under my knees 🫣🥲it was atrocious

I couldn't help but notice how she avoided sliding down at the end and just kinda did a little hop. The silk burns on ur feet are the worst!

So I've been doing silks for 5 years and I'm pretty sure I cant do that well I'm gonna try it in like 30 mins when my silk gets put up

The trainer seemed irresponsible. You went where you were comfortable. Note taken when I start to practice after Covid. Don’t push myself when I don’t feel comfortable doing so. Also those pads are pathetic and dangerous!!!

I certainly agree with you on the mats, those are horrible and not safe, won’t help cushion a fall. But the coach was fine, the student looked a little low so she said go one climb higher. She looked like she would’ve been fine where she was but better safe than sorry.
