I love these dances, I usually go walking to get my steps in but this is much more fun and a great cardio. I have started getting up early and doing around 45 minutes to an hour of different dance videos before breakfast. Thank you 😊

I love this video! Thank you so much! I want to learn to dance so much but I live in a quite remote area and the only dance classes I could sign up to require a partner. I may be a slow learner and it probably looks very rushed and weird but even if I repeat this easy routine for the begging I am still learning to dance! I am so excited :D

Thank you! I'd would say the most important thing is to keep practicing. The more you practice the more your body adjusts and you won't be getting as dizzy as much 😄
