Beginner Ballet Floor Ballet Barre

These are floor ballet exercises that any level can benefit from. Its always great as an advance dancer to go back to your basics and re asses your technique.
The title on the video says ages x-x but just disregard that. I use this lesson with anyone, but more often with advanced dancers!!
My older dancers love this because they find muscles they weren't using correctly before. Give it a try and let me know!
