Love the tutorial! As a Chinese, I would like to add that in Chinese social media, this style of make up is called 网感妆容 which loosely translates to Make Up that looks good on Camera. Chinese Make up 新中式妆容 has a more natural finish, but takes inspiration from traditional Chinese styles. So you could say that Douying style is the Chinese version of Full Glam Make Up and Chinese Make Up us the Chinese version of clean girl makeup. 😊

(*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ) hmm tbh there are a lot of factors that play into patchy foundation like the order in which you do your makeup, which products you're using, and skin prep..but tbh my foundation here got patchy too hahah it was my first time using this and it's super full coverage but didn't end up working well with my skin.. try mixing up your routine and see what ends up working! sometimes it's as simple as changing out the foundation you're using or using a different brush/sponge to blend!
