I have just finished binding everything and when I arm the drone and start to apply the throttle, the motors spin at a certain speed and I can't increase or decrease the speed it's like it get stuck. The throttle only goes about 20 - 25% then gets stuck. I am trying this without the props on and on the floor, in angle mode just to make sure they work.

For some reason my OSD still wont show up on my DJI goggles. It seems to be the default DJI OSD

does it connect to the DJI goggle 3 and RC 3?

Nice video thank you! Little bit confused as seen others have battery connected to drone when setting up modes in beta flight, so you don’t need to have battery plugged in?

Hey Parker, why I´ve added and saved all the OSD things and they are not appearing in my googles? Cheers

I had OSD when I first setup my Nazgul Evoque F5 v2 but after flashing my firmware it disappeared. Everything is bound and connected. Do you know how I can get the OSD back? I recall in the ports tab no display port msp was enabled but I still had OSD. Do u know what the stock port settings are for this drone?

Is this a good drone for a first drone? After watching and seeing there is software to download and all this connection and stuff that I know I'll be unfamiliar with at first but still wanting to get into first person drone flying. Is this just something I need to learn and get used to? Or is there a better first drone with a bit easier start up but still a good FPV drone? Sorry if that is answered in another video, I just found this

Just got mine today! (V2) , if you don’t mind me asking, this uses M5 lock nuts right? What tool is best for tighting the nuts please?

You only need acro mode on a 5 inch freestyle copter.

@@pshepfpv I think it's crucial to go through flying modes recommending having angle on easy access; GPS rescue setup (if available), basic PID tunings. I'm a complete beginner myself so these things did strike the eye and seem extremely important before going on a first flight
@pshepfpv Жыл бұрын
@@shmiker Those are all great topics and definitely things I’d like to talk about in the future. However, I don’t think they are crucial parts for a beginner who is just looking to get their foot in the door. GPS rescue wouldn’t be on most drones a lot of beginners are starting with. If you’re using a BNF drone you don’t need to know PID tuning and that’s something I would consider to be an advanced skill. I went years before I ever touched PID tuning. I also think Angle mode is sort of a crutch for those learning manual mode but I may have that opinion because I refused to use it when I was learning to fly FPV. But again, I don’t disagree that these are important things to know, I just don’t find them crucial for absolute beginners. But they will certainly be covered in future videos. Appreciate the feedback! 🤘🏻

@@pshepfpv I agree. Great video. I have taken a long hiatus from building drones and this video was really helpful. Tuning PID's was maddening back when you had to do it on every drone and it is so much nicer being able to buy a drone and not worry about it. PID's will quickly cause issues and crashes for beginners and will turn people off of the hobby pretty quickly.
