The OGS Anti-stalling feature which ended the second game uses AI and only triggers on 3 consecutive passes by one player, > 10 points winning margin, > 99.something% winrate. I'm guessing the initial marking you saw was from the score estimator, not what the Anti-stalling feature was using to adjucate the game. Needless to say, it's a somewhat controversial feature, but I think with some clear rulings that activating it before all dame are filled is a reportable offense, it would be more good than bad on the balance

The opponent looks very much like a player who would plateau at SDK level given their thorough disregard for the basic principles of the game. It's always interesting to play against someone who banks on the opponent's inability to punish their bad non-standard moves to win.
