BGM is a FRAUD ...I ordered the Hair 18 Inches and got 14 Inches...The hair also should have been 180 density but was 150 density but that didnt bother me so much but 14 Inches and i paid for 18 Inches that made me CRAZY ...They dont want to take the hair back ...Ladies watch out ...

It’s sad that these wig companies can be inconsistent with the wigs and/or customer service . I ordered the same wig in the video and received it with no issues, but now I’m hesitant to buy another one from them.
