Can’t see the lighter. What is it?? I have a little plasma lighter with a looong neck. Like it a lot!

It is one of those electric lighters that just makes a big spark. It's very clean and safe. I didn't like the normal striker because it gets steel dust all over the place.

If the glass has the same temeratur all around it automticly become round - the physik force it to become round. If the temp is differently you will got probs to became a round shape. So no Marbelpet or something like that is needed! Let the Physik do it for you ... :)

yup, shaping with fire and gravity is the best way. To make a sphere bead though, if you want good dimples, I think the marble mold helps. There is tension against the cold part of the mandrel, and the glass doesn't want to flow there, so you have to kinda push it out. But yes, glass doesn't like to be forced.

@@jasmine2501 Glas alway flow to the hotest point, the Reason for that is Athesion. The Athesion is higher in dependece of viscosity, witch depends on the Temeratur. So try to get no "cold part" in your Glas. And for that practicing is the only way to get ride of it. Normaly it take 8 - 10 Years ... good luke and i hope u get so much fun as i have had the last 30 years :) btw nice vid

@@Torfmoos yes, this video could easily be turned into a one hour lesson, but then I would have to charge 50 dollars :)
