anyone know why the curry is so dark? from my favorite izakaya, it is dark, but if I try to make it at home it is light and doesn't taste the same. how do you get the dark brown color?

karee wa totemo oishii desu! sengetsu tofu katsu to karee o takusan tsukurimashita. desukara mainichi watashi mo karee o tabemashita. watashi no kanojo mo karee ga skidesu. karee o futaride tabemashita. I had never had Japanese curry before. My girlfriend and I enjoyed it a lot. Thankfully, I had her help to eat it, as I made a lot. So yummy! Thank you for the video. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about your experience eating so much. I will have to try curry udon next time with some of the leftovers! That is a good tip!
