Hari ini kita akan melakukan latihan skipping level pemula selama 4 menit. Latihan ini menggunakan model Tabata yang bertujuan untuk membakar lemak dan membangun otot di waktu yang bersamaan. Gerakan-gerakan di workout ini simple banget dan pasti bisa dilakukan semua level. Selamat mencoba!

Keren c ini,uda 3 tahun ga olahraga,bru mulai lg olahraga jln kaki,nemu video yg memotivasi kembali tuk jumprope kaya dlu,semoga ini jiwa raga yg uda 41 tahun masih aman dibawa jumprope lg😂
