I love what you said about looking at your lips to figure out what color blush to use. So many beauty guru's say that EVERYONE should wear a baby pink or bright pink blush and it looks TERRIBLE on me, so I decided to try other shades and found that on my medium caramel skin tone and with my purple toned lips pink makes me look sickly but purple's look best. Great tip that is often not told.

bronzer is used to enhance and create a tanned look, and depending where and how you apply you can change the structure of your face with makeup. Higlighter is a light, shimmery makeup that comes in powders and liquids, you use it to "highlight" the areas of your face light would hit naturally.

No offense but there are non English speaking people and people who don't watch makeup tutorials on youtube all day long. You were not born with this knowledge and you also started there. Every marathon starts with one little step. Makeup artists also started at Zero. I don't know a fuck about contouring and eye shadow and I'm 20 :D I mean I know what bronzer and highlighter is but I still can't use it. I end up looking like a zebra in the mud.

+Brinely March For the dark circles and veiny eyelids, use a high coverage concealer such as Rimmel Wake me up and collection lasting perfection. If you can afford also look for a good corrector such as Bobby Brown's. For the pores use a pore removing primer underneath your makeup. The brush or sponge it's just a preference

wow! this is the best beginners tutorial I have EVER seen! it has really improved my confidence on wearing make-up. I feel like youtube is a lifesaver! for example. when my mum was little she didn't have tutorials like this to learn how to properly apply make-up and probably left the house like a clown (no offence mum) I feel like these tutorials really help. I tried the look and it's so natural and beautiful...I love it, the tips about foundation really helped as I feel very orange wearing it normally (mostly because I'm more tanned and have to get darker foundations) I honestly feel like there is so much more to describe about this but can't tell you how thankful I am! thanks again-molly xx

Stephanie :0 A BEGINNER needs to learn this. Otherwise do not wear makeup. Is it too difficult to cleanse your face and take care of your skin? Take it step by step. One day at a time. Start with cleansing and moisturizing with spf (sunscreen) Aveeno has a great one..Positively Radiant with sunscreen. Apply a little lip gloss and go. Practice that for a week and add the steps 1 at a time. This is the best beginner video.
