Read through the following dialogues from the video to make sense of how 次 (cì) and 遍 (biàn) are each used.
Scenario One
Zuìjìn yǒu shénme hǎo diànyǐng ma? Wǒ jīntiān xià bān yào gēn nǚ péngyou qù kàn diànyǐng.
最近 有 什么 好 电影 吗？ 我 今天 下 班 要 跟 女
朋友 去 看 电影。
Are there any good movies recently? I'm going to watch a movie with my girlfriend after work today.

Fast & Furious 6. Wǒ qù diànyǐngyuàn kàn le liǎng biàn.
Fast & Furious 6. 我 去 电影院 看 了 两 遍。
Fast and Furious 6. I went to the theater to watch it twice.
Scenario Two
Yīshēng, zhèi zhǒng yào zěnme chī?
医生，这 种 药 怎么 吃？
Doctor, how should this medicine be taken?
Yì tiān chī sān cì, yí cì chī liǎng piàn.
一 天 吃 三次， 一 次 吃 两片。
Take it three times a day, and take two pills each time.

Míngbai lǚyóu. Xièxie nín!
明白 了。谢谢 您！
Got it. Thank you!
Scenario Three
Nǐ hǎo! Wǒ xiǎng qù Zhōngguó lǚyóu.
你 好！ 我 想 去 中国 旅游。
Hello! I want to take a trip to tour China.
Hǎo de. Qǐngwèn nín yǐqián qù guo Zhōngguó ma?
好 的。 请问 您 以前 去 过 中国 吗？
OK. May I ask if you have ever been to China before?
Qù guo liǎng cì. Yí cì qù le Běijīng, yí cì qù le Shànghǎi. Zhèi cì wǒ xiǎng qù Xī'ān.
去 过 两 次。 一 次 去了 北京，一 次 去 了 上海。 这 次 我
想 去 西安。
I have been to China twice. One time I went to Beijing and the other time I went to Shanghai. This time I want to go to Xi'an.

Hi Positive Learner! Great question! These are the differences between "帮助" and "帮忙": 1. 帮忙(bāngmáng): means to help others to do things when they are in trouble. For example: Nǐ bān jiā shí wǒ lái bāng máng 你 搬家时我来帮忙。 I will help you when you move. 2. 帮助(bāngzhù): means to help others to come up with ideas or to give material and spiritual support. For example: Bāngzhù zāimín 帮助 灾民 helping the victims Also, we can say: 帮助+subject+(do something) but we can not say: 帮忙 + subject /something So we can't add the object after "帮忙", it is a wrong expression. Hi! From their original meanings, both can mean " go to somewhere". But "出“ tend to emphasis more on going from inside(or your place) to outside. Think of it like this: 去 means " go to somewhere" 出 means "leave somewhere" Example 去 shopping centre =Go to shopping centre 出 home =leave home
