Beginner Pinch or Thumb? DJI Radio | An FPV Journey #6

This is for those who are curious as to whether pinch or thumb control while flying is any different and my preference with the DJI FPV radio. Quad used: GEPRC Crocodile Baby.

A lanyard really helps me with pinching by giving the hands freedom and giving a third point of contact.

Great tips👍 Two years ago I started with thumbs, now I'm going to pinch method couse it's much more smooth and precise. Lanyard helps a lot, for me it is a MUST, also I'm using "happy finger" for gimbal wheel but there is some camera drone rc's with extra buttons and wheels, it's hard to incorporate all of them in to your flyin tek. Keep doing videos and it's nice to hear you have a dream about it, you’ll make it if you try enough😎👍

Nice progress (again)! ... and worst stick cam ;-) There are excellent pilots on both methods, but if you decide on pinching you should use a lanyard to keep your radio in place! Next step: stand up (this took me a while)

That’s a good idea I’ve been thinking of adding a lanyard too but didn’t get around to it. Standing up sounds tough with orientation, will definitely give it a try! 🚀
