Totally rando question i know but guys im getting a steam deck tomorrow and just wondering if ill be able to play this on there if i get a android emulator or the play games pc beta? Cus my current device cant really play this game very well (to the point its greatly slowing my progress as i leep rage quitting because it keeps freezing lol) and have a great account and dont wanna restart completely either TIA guys:)

Im not familiar with the Steam Deck, but as long as you can get the game on there, you should be able to transfer your account over.

No. That part is random, unless its Light Blanc or Overlord Shizu and they swap all 3.
