Ashwaganda all day. It helped get me back to normal after losing my shit for months due to an h-pilori infection. Thought I was losing my mind with depression and ridiculous anxiety which I never suffered from before. Kickstarted my recovery with Briggs Apple cider vinegar and followed it up with a steady dose of ashwaganda daily. Got me back to normal thankfully.

@tristandevereaux48677 жыл бұрын
I recently ordered rhodiola. I just got my results from a cortisol test - my morning level is crazy low and my noon level is too high (pm & midnight were within range). I was told rhodiola could help get my cortisol levels more normalized. Have you had any experience with adaptogens for adrenal support? I am so new to this so I don't know what to expect.
@aleksandrolkhovskiy40757 жыл бұрын
Don't try ashwagandha, which will be adviced sooner or later, it will tank your adrenals (despite internet claims that it supports it), from my research according to tcm you need "yang jing" tonic herbs for adrenals, which include deer antler, eucommia bark, morinda root. imo easiest way is to take some yang jing formulation from dragon herbs. rhodiola is also bad for adrenals, if they are in bad shape already.
@aleksandrolkhovskiy40757 жыл бұрын
you also have to take "yin jing" herb if you take "yang jing" (but not other way around, i.e. if you take "ying jing" you don't have to take "yang jing") like goji or he shou wu (only prepared, otherwise its toxic for liver)

Yes, I know , One of them is black tea. , but eat white rice boiled till is really soft, and steamed carrots.,till soft.,and eat..also drink mint tea , or a mixture of different teas plus mint tea.,drink it warm , not hot, not cold. You have a deeper problem with your colon, try to eat for a few weeks only steamed , fish, veggies,,and even fruits, steamed. Never peel the fruits and eat the core with the seeds. After about 3 weeks of eating all things steamed.,start introducing slow ly raw veggies and fruits. You can slow boil chicken , and can eat sardines in tins,( in water not oil because usually is poor quality oil) and also not in tomato sauce, because tomatoes are acid and in contact with the lining of tins, become toxic. I always buy tomatoes or sauce in glass jars. Also pineapple in tins, not good. for the same reason. Better to cut off sugar from the diet. and seed oils. Good to use duck fat , or goose fat, or even ghee, or lard . for cooking. Also eliminate grains . excepting chia and Amaranth ( which is not a grain. really) .I know people who had healed stomach ulcers, and inflamed bowels syndrome. and other related problems. Of course no alcohol and careful with dairy , try cottage cheese and ricotta and plain Greek Yoghurt, not Greek Style Yoghurt. , .,Eat nuts and seeds . and drink cocoa with Coconut milk powder,,and a bit of honey. Do not eat between meals. drink only water.
