I have been chanting Lalita sahasranama since 3 years and I didn't know the way of Chanting Lalita devi name can be chanted this way. After watching your channel today i came to know, it's Lalita who guided or inspirate me to chant this way without my knowing. She chooses us without our knowing. By the way I'm a woman, I don't chant during periods as during these days Apana Vayu is active which is downward flow of energy (to help shed uterus lining) Chanting spiritual mantras or involving in any religious practices directs the flow of energy upwards. Hence it is not recommended during these times.

I’ve been wanting to start chanting Lalitha Sahasranama for a year now, but I wasn't sure how to begin and kept putting it off. This Navratri, I felt a strong urge to finally start. Last week, I stumbled upon a channel that provided great clarity and resources for beginners. I ordered the book, which arrived a couple of days ago, and I also downloaded the app. Both have been incredibly helpful. Yesterday, I listened to and practiced the first class (verses 1-14) from the app. I’m hopeful that I’ll soon be able to chant the entire Sahasranama. I just wanted to share my journey! Chanting the stotram without break is the most ideal way. But for ladies it might be difficult to do so. At that time one can ask for forgiveness and Stop with a mark on where you stopped and return to chant with again asking for forgiveness for the unexpected break. When a person chants with true devotion, visualising Mother sitting in front ofbyou and blessing you, one can't just leave her, get up and go to attend something else. If we have a guest, we ask them to excuse us and attend the matter if it is urgent. So we have to be aware
