I am trying to develop an APEX app where different uses collaborate on data collection. Each user has responsibility for a section, and we collate the sections to form one record. We want to be able to monitor completion to see who is lazy LOL. Can you explain in the abstract the best way to do this? One record with everything, permissions. Or each person with their own copy of application. Some problems we have is data collection offline, people duplicating efforts (for example we record times of arrival, time of delivery of product). Thanks for help with any of this!

I understand that free isn't always free, and so I gave you my email address, mobile phone number and physical address. Providing my CC info is where I draw the line. Do not keep telling me that it's free, then lead me on a wild goose chase filling out forms for you and then finally ask me for my CC info. I thought you to be a reputable company, but these are the same tactics scammers use click bait to obtain PII.
