This video was amazing, I was really intimidated in trying out RemNote, but your video really helped me understand how to use it and connect it to how I took notes previously. Other youtubers were really confusing on the way they taught how to use RemNote, but your video was really easy to understand. Great video!

Again another easy to understand tutorial. Seen many videos of RemNote in YT. Even seen their original tutorials. But this 25-minute tutorial is enough for me. Thanks. Please make more videos on RemNote and explain all the features one by one. Even before watching it I already knew this would be an easy to understand video.

Hi Aiko, the only way I know of to customize the intervals is to go into settings -> custom schedulers and choose the “Anki SM-2” option. Configure the “relearning phase fixed steps” option to lower the interval.

I'm using it for Japanese and the kanji is too small in font size, how can I change the font size? I haven't found any tutorial that mentioned about making the font bigger yet. I just saw how to bold it. Or maybe I missed it since I've spent an hour like just browsing quickly through tutorial videos.

Hi! How can i delete a document? Because whenever i delete documents, they still appear at the documents section.
@TheProductiveEngineer4 жыл бұрын
Hi Karen, I saw this behavior too.. the way I got it to delete was to click on documents, click on the document I want to delete, click the ellipsis (...) to the right of the page title and select "Delete this Document". Once I did it that way, the document was no longer in Documents section

Really wanted Remotes to work but found too many bugs. Went back to Anki after trying Remnote during a live training session, had to reboot the app 3 times because it wouldn't display the text I was typing on a new Rem but worst of all, when I made an anchor in a PDF it would randomly open different pages and not just the anchor location. Great concept but the software isn't ready for Win 10 in January 2022

How do you make flashcards appear in sequential order rather than random order?
@TheProductiveEngineer4 жыл бұрын
I don't think this is possible as RemNote doesn't have any settings to change the order that I am aware of.

What is the difference between remnote and notion ?
@TheProductiveEngineer4 жыл бұрын
Notion is an all-in-one productivity tool with tables, boards, calendars while RemNote is built for learning with spaced repetition and virtual flash cards

The video was a decent intro, but you got some of the core terminology wrong that I’m afraid is going to confuse people. For example, basically EVERYTHING in RemNote is a rem, not just flash cards: every bullet point, every tag, every document-all of these are rems. Also, tags aren't called stubs in RemNote; "Stub," itself, *IS* a tag in RemNote. It's just a tag that RemNote automatically adds to any reference you created "on the fly." In this instance, you tried to link to a rem called "wonka" that didn't yet exist, so when you told RemNote to make a new rem out of it, it automatically added the "Stub" tag to indicate that that was how you created it. One of the biggest challenges of starting to use RemNote is just learning the terminology! 😖
